Delivery
All orders are shipped via New Zealand Post and should arrive within 1 - 3 business days from time of dispatch.
Please allow extra days for delivery to rural addresses.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers so please provide a physical address during checkout.

Returns
We always check our products thoroughly before they are shipped, but unfortunately unforeseen issues or minor production faults can still occur. We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. Please note that Lauren Buchanan does not offer exchanges.
To return your item, please email us at hello@laurenbuchanan.co.nz and we will send you our returns address information.
If you wish to return an item, please note the following if you want to be sure to receive a full refund:
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must not have been used or show signs of wear, stains, damage or smell of external odours.
- The item must have its original tags attached.
- Items in boxes must be wrapped and labels must not be placed directly on the box.
